Riff: Wiz Khalifa feat. The Weeknd – “Remember You”

Dec 3, 2012

Everything I got on is paid for/Everything I got on I came for/All the shit you done see I done slaved for/All the cars in the crib are paid for

from Remember You lyrics by Wiz Khalifa

Wiz passes the blunt to a pop-friendly hand, and somewhere in the exchange a serious fumble occurs. As a stand-alone it works, and The Weeknd adds touch, but in terms of its place within the overall dialogue of the album it seems overstated and needlessly decadent.
