People have been freaking out about rapper Tyler, The Creator‘s “Garden Shed” from his newest album, Flower Boy. Apparently, people thought, it included a dig at singer Frank Ocean.

Flower Boy dropped July 21, and ever since then, fans were breaking down his lyrics and their meanings. Before the album was released, some music critics somehow got their hands on some of the lyrics, reports XXL Magazine.

But it turns out, the lyrics they got weren’t exactly correct. The leaked lyrics showed Tyler clearly throwing shade at Ocean, saying he didn’t last in the music industry:

Truth is, since a youth kid, thought it was a phase

Thought it’d be like the Frank; poof, gone

But it’s still goin’ on

But Tyler himself corrected this misunderstanding of his lyrics. The day the album came out, he hopped on Twitter, preaching: “And its ‘thought it’d be like the phrase ‘poof’; gone,'” he wrote. “Get the lyrics right before going crazy.”

There’s no mention of Ocean at all.

However, lyrics that are a bit clearer in their message are in “I Ain’t Got Time” from the same album.

Next line, I’ll have em’ like woah
I’ve been kissing white boys since 2004

Fans say this is him coming out as gay, and that may be the case. “My friends are so used to me being gay,” Tyler told Rolling Stone about his use of gay humor. “They don’t even care.”

After saying he uses this type of humor because he’s “gay as f**k.” But when asked outright if he is gay, he says he’s not. “But I am in love with ’96 Leonardo DiCaprio,” he said. “I one hundred percent would go gay for ’96 Leo. Oh, and Cole Sprouse.”

Regardless, we can’t jump to conclusions. As for “Garden Shed,” he definitely does not hate on Ocean in it.
