I agree with everyone who says the song reminds them of Jacob. especially after reading Breaking Dawn. Being a team Jacob (iregardless of the written story)
Jacob should have won and if I was bella I would have chosen Jacob.

This song is just awesome. The line ''like the morning sun your eyes will follow me'' reminds me of Edward coz his eyes are golden like the sun and he used to follow Bella when she 1st arrived. But the line ''in the full moons light I listen to the stream'' reminds me of Jacob.

I don't think the song is actually about the characters in Twilight, since it was written before that. But ofcourse you can very well relate it to the story. I 'discovered' the song through the movie, and I'm glad I did. (Same goes for Iron&Wine). It just has this *something* about it, that gets you in this certain mood and makes you want to listen to it over and over again.

The soundtrack is the only good thing about this movie, the books are amazing, the movie is so brain-melting-ly bad. COuld you possibly get it more wrong, the guy who plays Edward can hardly even act.

..It relates to Edward and Bella because (For those who don't know..)

First Verse - Bella is leaving home to go live with her dad in Forks, and doesn't know what to expect from it.

Second Verse - Bella meets Edward and falls in love with him and realizes he is all that she wants.

Third Verse - Edward is in love with Bella, but he doesn't trust who he is to be around her, but he doesn't want to leave her because he loves her.

I think the first stanza refers to Bella going back to Forks but forshadows what is to come (Braking Dawn - the wedding as she arrives to Edward she states she is finally home and when she becomes a vampire (and pale) she finally fits in the world - a world of magic).

I think the rest of the song is about Edward and his internal struggle to be with Bella.

I don't know if I like the movie. But the book is amazing... the good thing is that the song makes me remember the book more than the movie =D

I think it could be about Edward or Jacob, but personally I'm reminded of the early days before Bella knew Edward was watching her sleep at night.

well, i think it's about Bella, cuz she knows she's like a danger magnet, and that she can't be "free" anymore, cuz she drags danger with her wherever she goes. She explains it herself in New Moon, when she finds out Victoria is after her, and that she'll follow her to the end of the world.
but it also reminds me of Edward, cuz he knows he's dangerous, but he also knows he's not brave enough or able to leave Bella...
