Music is changing!! Real artist don't get radio play. Most New Rappers have no focus! It's about making money. Everyone is Sampling! Popularity in the music business and whats makes money. No one cares that Nikki Minaj cant rap and she should be a singer instead. Its can she make the record company money. The answer is yes. By selling sexual explicit songs that damages the minds of the youth. But can she make money is the Question that's what its about. Your right with your comments however most songs that are sample and will be sample will do well and make money that's why they do it.
Hey What about this!WGCI!!! It saddens me to say that I have officially retired from listening to repeated songs every hour/ I work with a diverse group of people whom have been arguing for months over the comparisons of WGCI and B96 and other pop stations today. I lost!!! Some pop songs are being played on the top hip-hop & R & B station really. I couldn’t argue against the repeated play of Nicki Mani/Drake/Rihanna every hour/ my co-workers and I agree there’s a difference in hip-hop, pop and R&B. My most recent problem is the selection of sexually explicit songs being played… Example…
Round of applause baby make that ass clap
Drop it to the floor make that ass clap
Round of applause baby make that ass clap
Drop it to the floor make that ass clap
Let me see you
Bust it [6x]
Baby drop it to the floor
And
Bust it [6x]

Bounce that ass shake that ass like the tweark team
Hair long ass fat shawty mean
That girl look like hally berry when I'm on no means
When I hit the scene girls yelling and they scream
Flocka king you'll be my baby daddy like I'm going
Hose I'm pay my [?] smoke like I got [?] top [?]
Clap clap clap
I ain't done with you baby bring that ass back
Still got twenty still got 50 even got those hundreds
Throw sum money throw sum money I'ma let it go
Waka flocka flame better know as mr.go

[Chorus:]
Round of applause baby make that ass clap
Drop it to the floor make that ass clap
Round of applause baby make that ass clap
Drop it to the floor make that ass clap
Let me see you
Bust it [6x]
Baby drop it to the floor
And
Bust it [6x]
Corner stacks omg smx when I'm them stage pourin roza all on her
Ass round of a applause baby pop that pussy drop it down for me do a split do you smoke girl got a zip white Remy Martin who wanna sip...
Why we [?] pop my hill and every word I say slauring
Vision in his lauring drunk too much liquor too much weed bitch on to much E
And double strip club shawty I'ma big tiver
Two hundred and I pull down her zipper
Shawty say she love me and she wanna be my crew
BRICKSQUAD nigga is where we go hard

This song was played on the radio today more than once. This song was made for strip clubs. This is the music are students in Chicago here every day. We have a strong sexual problem among black teens involving STD’s but we play music that tell them to Bust it/really/ I wish that we can go back to real R&B educational rap (there are some) positive rap!!! This station plays to much strip club music why I don’t understand. As a parent and a fan of Hip-hop this is a problem. Any time you have to edit every lyrics in a song just for the purpose of playing the song don’t make it right. Students come to school and tell people to bust it down. I don’t know what happened/ I agree that these artists are great however they have crossed the line when it comes down to the type of music they produce. It’s about money for them. What about the respect of the community that this radio station claims to have? One day the radio personality is trying to save the community on the other hand right after they announce stop killing and respect each other they play bust down or some other sexual explicit song that damages the mind of young people. Love the personalities on air but starting to hate the continuous pop/hip-hop and the strip club music being played. I know you don’t care because this music is making you money keeping this station on top but it’s out of control. I remember when the radio stations were worried about internet radio taking over (really) what choice do we have. I have even started listening to music choice all R & b all day with no commercials listening to stations on line in other cities. I believe if we don’t make serious changes to how we put our music out are artist will eventually lose out. I wonder if Robert Pittman or Earl Jones lets their children bust they ass and make it clap. Ask any teenager and tell say “I don’t know why they play that song on the radio. Just bust down and make your ass clap. It appears that the personality can’t play the music of their choice they’ll being told to play those songs who is making that choice. I guess the only person with real radio power and can play music of his choice is Herb Kent.
