Riff: Maroon 5 – “One More Night”

Oct 3, 2012

So I cross my heart and I hope to die/That I’ll only stay with you one more night

from One More Night lyrics by Maroon 5

Maroon 5′s take on reggae: too much production and not enough melody. Also, is it just me or is Adam Levine sounding increasingly like Akon? However, the live version feels more authentic, and far surpasses the overproduction of the studio version (background vocal lip-synching aside).
