Riff: Lil Wayne feat. Bruno Mars – “Mirror”

Dec 27, 2012

Life lined up on the mirror, don’t blow it

from Mirror lyrics by Lil Wayne feat. Bruno Mars

“The mirror” is a decent metaphor for both these guys’ drug use – it can show what you’re becoming, drugs can be ‘lined up’ on it, etc. It also fits since the rhymes hit only skin-deep. Life-long straight-edgers could’ve written Wayne’s verses after a creative-ectomy. Check out “Otherside” instead.
