While Bieber subsists as a corporate-sponsored money-vacuum in families of suburban preteens, there’s no denying his singing, shining here. Still, the rapping falls flat in his G-rated take on “Drop it Like it’s Hot” or “Wait (The Whisper Song).” This isn’t the beat for family-friendly monogamy.
