Despite recent efforts to prove his maturity, Bieber’s claims he’s going to ‘party like it’s 3012′ on this watered-down floorfiller, more suited to a chaperoned school disco than a booze-fuelled wild night out, are unconvincing. Minaj’s usual cartoonish shtick doesn’t exactly help matters either.
