fun.’s “We Are Young” followup again employs singalong gang vocals, now the new pop-rock staple. Ruess’s autotuned vocals are an iffier tactic, but it’s still a solid pop hit. His unflinching lyrics of leaving Arizona for New York make up for more tired ones, i.e. “This is it boys, this is war.”
