Credit: PomplamooseComing together like a bacon-stuffed piece of bacon, it was only a matter of time before the intranets took to mashing up the year’s two biggest ear worms, Carly Rae Jepsen‘s “Call Me Maybe” and Gotye‘s “Somebody That I Used to Know.” We’re calling it “Somebody That I Used to Call Maybe.” It’s creators, California tuneage comedian duo POMPLAMOOSE are calling it “Don’t Push,” alluding to some cryptic red button that serves as the plot twist in the project’s video released in tandem. Moral of the song and video? Men in suits will come and take you away if you click play. Cred fact: POMPLAMOOSE don’t use samples; this cheeky viral push is au naturel. Well, as au naturel as never slinging the saccharine meme catchphrase of “Call Me, Maybe,” giving all the glory to Gotye’s notebook angst instead, i.e.:

Before you came into my life I missed you so bad
Though you didn’t have to stoop so low
