hey miley i am crystal from owensboro,ky. i have three kids and life sometimes get me down and i just wanted to break down and cry your song keeps me trying and it is all about the climb. i admire you and have admired your dad for years ... my 4 yr. old sons name is billy ray.lol thank you miley for being you.

Miley, I first heard this song when my daughter was asked to sing at her graduation. Then as I listened to the words she was singing, my eyes filled with tears because this song describes so many situations that we all face in our own daily lives. I'm going through my own trials and tribulations at this time and more often than not, find myself wanting to give up... But your song brings me the inspiration to just hold on, if only for one more day. I try to take it all, one day at a time. Yesterday is gone, Tomorrow is not promised. I have to just live for today.
