I think this song is about 'The Fallen' trying to harvest our sun even though his brothers didnt dare take a sun from an inhabited planet because of lyrics like 'black skies' 'ashes fell like snow' but I dont know for sure but this is undoubtably my favorite song ever!!!!

Hey, its neither abt a bgr relation nor biblical. Its abt the robots, u dumbters! The good robot and the boy is saving earth for human race from being destroyed by the bad robots. That's their mission. Abt the girl, she's juz there to ogle at and to prove to her that this is not a worthless misson..........

i love this song. its my second favorite(first fav is eminem-lose yourself) i have this song on my mp3 and play it over and over. the " your voice was all i heard, that i get what i deserved" i feel like i relate to that.

For those who are curious about this songs lyrics its meaning is simple; it about a relationship that has a "new divide" in it because lies eventually get the way of the truth. It's why we like this song but usually don't know why, its because in a powerful way it reminds us of moments in our life of brokenness and pain; it also reminds of how directly/indirectly we tell others how we feel, with honestly or with lies.

The reason so many people love this song is really simple reasons; one people enjoy music that they can relate to on multiple levels, two that pain and loss of anything stirs an emotional reaction within us creating a greater desire to listen.
