Let me just lay out what this song is about. Obviously, the female protagonist, her, has met this man who is mostly perfect in every way, and seems like the man for her.

However, he's crap in bed, not due to technique, but because he has a problem with premature ejaculation. The noise that he makes, is presumably him gasping as he ejaculates. The wet patch is obviously his semen all over the bed.

She feels that he is selfish because she has spent quite some time sucking his dick (giving head) and he has not pleasured her (made her scream). She feels that it is unfair and that it is ruining the relationship.

It's about how he's nice and reaches out to her in every other way, such as making her feel respected and looking after her. You can tell the relationship is deep as he tells her he loves her and she says he isn't immature, seperating him from her previous relationships.
