Nick broke up with Selena if that's what your on about, and he broke up with Miley ages ago, anyway this song means soo much to me, as a devoted Jonas Brother fan i can truely say this made me cry the first time i heard this song, it means soo much to me as my dad, uncle and best friend have diabetes (this is what the song is on about)
