The band formed in 1995 with Lou Orenstein, Diego Ponsa, Reggie Barret, Steve Morris and Gil Bitton. In 1996, bassist Zelick joined the group, followed by Joel Suarez and Eli Parker. New York-based company, "Concrete Management" (Pantera, Ministry, Anthrax), signed the band in the late 90's, where they opened for such bands as the Foo Fighters, Static-X, and Megadeth.
