Well. I don't think the title has anything to do with the song, and the lyrics pretty much explain it. Someone hates this person, they wish the person was dead, left by the roadside, and deserves it because she's a bitch. The "Fuck this" probably symbolizes someone meaning "Fuck this, you're a bitch and I wish you were dead, left by the roadside, because you're a bitch and you deserve it."
