this part in the story is where the artist is racing to town and finds a tavern where he goes inside, he is full of rage and confusion that he has killed his beloved Annabel, he sits and takes a drink, as he looks up he sees Annabels reflection in the mirrior behind the bartender. Then he stumbles to the closest poor soul to him and whispers these five words:are you ready to die?. he murders him and enjoys it as well"my thirst for blood turns me on" he then sees someone come in who is the thespian, the man who claims to have murdered annabel.He blames everything he has done on Annabel now.
